P90X has been deeply debated, blogged about, slammed etc on the internet. Some people love it, swear by it while others think its a scam and a dangerous way to workout. Beachbody, the company that produced P90x, has sold more that 22 million copies of the popular home workout routine.
There are countless blogs and success stories of people who have succeed at P90X. So I decided to give it a shot. Holy cow! P90X is the real deal. I have never made it through the entire 90 days, because I don’t have the sheer determination right now. You have to be dedicated to working out one hour a day, every day for a full 90 days. The program will work, if you work the program.
