Magic Formula to Weight Loss

There really isn’t a magic formula, but in my opinion there is a formula to losing weight. Its not a secret either. People that have lost weight know the formula.  The formula looks something like this: 20% Desire/Will +  25 % Sacrifice + 20% Diet + 5% Exercise + 30% Action = Weight Loss Success
