P90X Kenpo X

I just completed my week 2 / day 13 workout…..Kenpo X. This workout is what Billy Blanks wishes Tae Bo was. Albeit, Kenpo X doesn’t go into the same technical kickboxing moves that Tae Bo does. Kenpo X is a fun workout that goes by quickly as you are always on the move. My only complaint
