There are many different components of overall health and wellness. Mosts of my posts are about physical well-being, with the occasional post about mental health and positive mindset. Something I don’t talk too much about is hygiene and finances, however, both of these are also important components to overall health. That all changes today! This post is a combo hygiene/financial well-being post.
Razors are expensive. Your wallet will cry if you buy them at grocery stores or big box retailers. I turned to the interwebs to try and find a better solution and I found Dollar
I am going to attempt to breakdown the price per shave (assuming one shave per week) for a year for comparable razors for each company:
ShaveMob’s “The Average Joe” vs. Dollar Shave Club’s “The 4x”
If you are a more visual person (like myself) I have this nifty little image for you to see the differences in pricing (click image to enlarge):
The other difference between the two companies is how/what they ship. Dollar Shave Club sends out razors every month. ShaveMob sends out a shipment based on the plan you pick; 2 month, 6 month or 12 month supply. There are pro’s and con’s of both, but I like the fact that, with ShaveMob, I always have a razor if I need it. I always got frustrated with Dollar Shave Club cause I would use my allotment of razors and then would need to shave for an important meeting or event and would be without a razor and waiting on the next shipment to arrive.
With all that said, lets get down to it…quality. Without a doubt, ShaveMob razors are of higher quality. I’ve never had razor burn with ShaveMob razors and I’ve never had a shave with a dull razor. I’ve also experimented with razors a bit and I really can’t tell the difference between ShaveMob and ______(insert major brand here).
ShaveMob also offers women’s razors, something Dollar Shave Club does not do. Fellas, trust me, your ladies will love this! Pricing for women’s razors is comparable to the men’s products, which means that I get double the savings.
Having good grooming and hygiene habits and keeping your finances in order are both important components to overall health and wellness. ShaveMob helps make both of those things happen! If you like a good shave and saving money, check out ShaveMob today!
In the spirit of full disclosure: I am a Dollar Shave Club customer. ShaveMob sent me two razors (one month) for free to test out and share my thoughts. I was not obligated to write this blog post or offer a favorable review. I have since become a paying ShaveMob customer and stand behind the statements made in this review.
